Christina Landry utilizes the skills of her educational and financial background to provide superlative services to her clients. Originally from the Boston area, she earned her B.A. from Harvard College majoring in economics and M.B.A. from Wharton Business School. Prior to moving to Sarasota, she was an Institutional Equity Salesperson at Morgan Stanley in New York for almost twenty years selling the firm's research and underwritings to some of the country's largest mutual funds and pension plans. Success in such a career requires financial acumen, analytical expertise, adept negotiating skills and keen attention to each client's needs. She engages the same proficiencies, integrity and energy to locate and sell properties for her Sarasota real estate clients. Christina successfully negotiated Longboat Key's largest real estate transaction in 2015. She was featured in the Michael Saunders Best of the Best showcase for 2015.

In addition to the real estate market, Christina is well-versed with the myriad of Sarasota's cultural and recreational activities. Raising her daughter in Sarasota has made her very knowledgeable about local public and private schools. Despite a very busy schedule, she has found time to serve on the board of the Lido Shores Property Owners Association and as Chairperson of the Harvard Club of Sarasota's Schools Committee for the past ten years.
